Guddusch Marianne

“As I am mainly interested in the human being, its strength and vulnerability, the duality of body and soul, I have studied drawing (anatomy) at the Royal academy in Brussels and later for a more abstract approach at the St. Gilles academy, Brussels (diploma).
Workshops in Belgium, Germany and in the UK.
Other activities: collage, bookbinding.

Sources of inspiration are Adam and Eva’s descendants on the beach, dancers and football players in full action as well as the poetical beauty of stained glass windows in churches.

Despite my fascination for color, I will always be faithful to the line.”
